Our Story
Omega Window Cleaning started with a simple idea: keep serving the community that raised me. My name is Steve Rock, and I was born and raised right here in Louisville, KY. Before I ever picked up a squeegee, I spent more than a decade as a firefighter, running into burning buildings and looking out for the families who lived in them. That job shaped everything about how I do business today. Hard work, attention to detail, and showing up for people when they need you.
When I stepped away from full-time public service in 2018, I wasn’t ready to stop helping people. So I founded Omega Window Cleaning. What started as a way to make Louisville homes shine quickly grew into something more meaningful, a way to keep families safe in their homes every single day. We don’t just clean windows. We help homeowners and commercial property owners protect what matters most. Cleaner gutters mean fewer falls and less water damage. Cleaner dryer vents mean a real reduction in fire risk. Every service we offer is built on the same foundation that got me into firefighting: safety, quality, and genuine care for the people we work for.
